1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Medicrest Plus online pharmacy, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Prescriptions

Prescription medicines may only be dispensed against a valid prescription issued by a registered healthcare provider. Uploading a fraudulent prescription is a criminal offence under Kenyan law. We reserve the right to verify prescriptions with the issuing practitioner.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Safaricom M-Pesa STK-push. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Delivery

We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi on weekdays for orders placed before 2 pm. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or high demand. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for information on returning products and obtaining refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability

Medicrest Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the purchase price paid.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
