Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Nairobi and select satellite towns. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.

Delivery Times

• Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 pm on weekdays (Monday–Friday)
• Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 2:00 pm, or on weekends
• Prescription orders: Allow an additional 1–2 hours for verification

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are displayed at checkout and vary by delivery zone. Orders above KES 5,000 qualify for free delivery within Nairobi.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an SMS confirmation. You can also track your order at Track my order.

In-Store Pickup

Free collection is available from any of our Nairobi branches. Select "Collect in store" at checkout.
