PROMIMBA PCOD 10'S

Promimba PCOD sachets combine myoinositol, D-chiro inositol, Coenzyme Q10, L Carnitine, L Methylfolate calcium, Ascorbic acid and other minerals in the management and treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). PCOS leads to amenorrhoea, anovulation, oligomenorrhoea, hirsutism, and acne among others. PCOS affects 6-10% of women in Kenya and it is very often associated with insulin resistance. Promimba PCOD improves ovulatory function and several metabolic derangements associated with insulin resistance. Promimba PCOD decreases insulin resistance and thereby corrects the three axes of PCOS namely: metabolic, reproductive and steroidogenic axes.
